PRICING

ONE SEED adheres to the MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) standards. All resellers of our products are required to adhere to these standards, and no permanent discount of the RRP will be allowed. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in termination of the account.

SELLING

All approved retailers are only permitted to sell ONE SEED products on the approved online store or physical store. We do not allow selling of our products on third party e-commerce sites (such as eBay or Amazon), or by in-home demonstrations and private events.

All approved retailers are to sell ONE SEED products at retail, and no wholesaling or distribution is allowed unless expressly granted by ONE SEED in a written agreement. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in termination of the account.

LICENSE TO SELL

All resellers of ONE SEED products are required to have a registered and valid ABN pertaining to the sale of products at retail level.

RETURNS POLICY

ONE SEED guarantees all products are free of defects and faults. If you receive a product you believe to be defective, please notify us via email to orders@oneseedperfumes.com within 3 business days of receiving your order, and we will inform you how a replacement will be provided. All wholesale orders are considered final sale, and no returns will be accepted unless goods are faulty.

SHIPPING POLICY

We charge a flat rate of $25+GST per wholesale order, and international orders are charged at cost  and shipped by DHL Express. As perfumes are considered dangerous goods, there are restrictions with regards to shipping, so in most cases goods cannot travel by air (excluding international orders) and therefore express shipping options are not generally available.

ONE SEED makes every effort to ship wholesale orders within 2 working days, but in some instances delays may be unavoidable.

Australian orders may be shipped via Australia Post or TNT, and transit time varies from 1 day to 6 days, depending on your location.

PAYMENT

All new accounts will be required to pay upfront prior to your order being shipped. Once you have paid your opening invoice, we will set you up on a 30 day nett account. Full payment is required within 30 days of invoice date on all orders.

International accounts always require upfront payment, and credit terms are not available for international retailers.

MINIMUM ORDER

Minimum opening order is 5 x SKUs, 3 units of each. Subsequent orders have a $350+GST minimum.

TESTERS

Testers must be purchased for all products, and are available at a significantly reduced price compared to the wholesale price. ONE SEED does not supply free testers. One tester per product can be purchased a maximum of once per month. Testers are not to be resold under any circumstances. Testers must be refreshed at least every 12 months.
