Your order will be packed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed after 9am Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday. (Note: Please allow up to 5 days for the dispatch of Custom Scent Bar perfumes.

Orders in Australia are sent via Australia Post.

If you have recently placed and order and wish to track it, please refer to the order confirmation email you have received more the tracking details.

• Flat rate standard shipping: $6.95
• Express shipping (1-2 business days): $16.95
• Minimum order is $40 as of 11/8/25 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

UPDATE: 1/8/25 We can no longer shipping internationally aside from USA. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please search our Store Locator for a retailer in your country.

We ship via DHL Express or USPS.

Note that duties may be payable. Please check with your government customs agency. Unfortunately we do not accept returns in the case of rejected duties. 

USA

Update 12/7/24 We now ship direct from our US warehouse!

Orders dispatched next business day. Delivery is 1-4 business days from dispatch.

CANADA

UPDATE: 20/5/25 Unfortunately we are no longer shipping to Canada due to a sudden increase in shipping from USA to Canada. (Shipping is now costing us approximately AUD$80 per parcels). We are trying to find a solution for this asap. Meantime, please shop at our Canadian retailer, Kalovy.

NEW ZEALAND
