Your order will be packed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders in Australia are sent via Australia Post.

If you have recently placed and order and wish to track it, please refer to the order confirmation email you have received more the tracking details.

• Flat rate standard shipping: $6.95
• Express shipping (1-2 business days): $16.95

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

UPDATE: 9/12/24 As of today, we are no longer shipping internationally aside from USA, Canada and New Zealand. We sincerely apolgise for any inconvenience caused.

UPDATE MAY 1, 2024: we now have a minimum order values of AUD$100 to New Zealand. This is to offset the cost of shipping (now costing $85+ per parcel). 

Scent Bar orders to all countries outside Australia require a minimum spend of AUD$100.

You may wish to find a ONE SEED stockist in your area for smaller orders. They can be located here. 

We ship via DHL Express or USPS to the following countries:

USA, Canada, Mexico, New Zealand.

Note that duties may be payable. Please check with your government customs agency. Unfortunately we do not accept returns in the case of rejected duties. 

USA
