2026 update: Orders are now only available via pre-order twice a year. An announcement will be made on social media and via email when orders open. The pre-order window is open strictly for 2 weeks.
Once the pre-order window closes, orders are packed and shipped in 4 weeks. You will be notified of all of these dates at the time of your order, and during the waiting period.
Please note: we have set a maximum order per person of 4 units per fragrance per drop.
Orders in Australia are sent via Australia Post. Shipping within Australia can take between 1-5 days depending on your location.
Express shipping is available at an extra cost.
International shipping is via USPS, and takes approximately 2-5 days.
If you have recently placed and order and wish to track it, please refer to the order confirmation email you have received for details.
We hope you are thrilled with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, you may be eligible to request a refund or exchange for a product you have purchased from us in the last 14 days.

We accept refunds and exchanges only under the following conditions:
Refunds & Exchanges
- Our policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery (or in-store purchase). If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately we cannot offer returns on goods that have been used, or are not in resalable condition.
- We only refunds or exchanges if goods are defective or damaged. If you are unsure about a product, please order a 2ml sample first.

- Once approved, ensure your goods are well packed as goods damaged in transit cannot be replaced or refunded.
- Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied. We do not refund the original shipping cost, but goods being exchanged are shipped back to you at our cost.
- Note that gift cards are not returnable
We ship within Australia for a flat rate of $9.95 per order, and USA for a flat rate of USD $9.95
Unfortunately, we no longer offer shipping outside of these 2 locations.
