Q: Are your perfumes still 100% natural?
Absolutely We are, and have always been, 100% committed to using only natural ingredients in every single scent we create. 100% natural. No compromise.
Q: Are the formulas still the same?
Yes, the formulas are still the same as 2025. Inside the bottle, nothing has changed. You can be assured that the scents you fell in love with are the same ones you can buy from us now.
Q: Will I be able to buy more than one bottle in the pre-sale?
Yes, you can purchase up to 4 bottles of any one scent at each drop. We have set this limit to ensure that everyone on the waitlist has a chance to purchase.
(Update: we have now added an option to the product waitlist notification where you can enter how many bottles you are likely to purchase. This will help us with production planning. For those who signed up prior to this option being added, you will receive an email from us soon).
Q: What about samples? Can I try before I commit to a full bottle?
2ml samples of each of the four scents will be available when the drop opens. Samples are shipped within 48 hours, so you will have time to try the scents before you purchase. But be quick - we are anticipating all four 30ml scents will be sold out within a week of the drop.
Q: How do I make sure I don’t miss out?
We are doing our best to make sure everyone signed up to the waitlist has the chance to purchase at least one full size bottle of their favourite scent. However, there is such a lot of excitement around our relaunch that it’s difficult to predict how quickly scents will sell out. For the best chance at purchasing in this drop, make sure you have signed up to notifications for the perfumes you want, and jump on to purchase as soon as the drop opens. You will receive an email from us at 7am that morning reminding you that the drop has opened.
Q: If the perfume I love sells out before I grab one, how long do I have to wait until the next drop?
No, there are no stores that wil be carrying the ONE SEED collection with the relaunch. ONE SEED can now only be purchased directly from our online store during the two drops (March and October).
Q: Can I find ONE SEED at any retailers after the drop closes?

Q: Will we know how many bottles are being released?
Yes, once the pre-sale goes live, you will be able to see exactly how many bottles have been released, and what is still available. We will also make this announcement via email.
Q: What is the expected delivery time frame?
Your order will ship 2-4 weeks after the pre-order drop closes. (Pre-orders open for 2 weeks only, but if products sell out sooner, we will ship sooner). For orders of 2ml samples, shipping is within 48 hours of your order. (Note that samples ordered together with a full size perfume cannot be shipped separately, and the whole order will be shipped after the drop closes.)
